During the past year, Crown Worldwide Group has worked tirelessly to establish its Purpose; “Making it simpler to live, work, and do business anywhere in the world”, across every part of its business.
These efforts were recognized at the Business Culture Awards 2021 in London, where Crown Worldwide Group won the award for “Leading with Purpose for Business Culture”. One of the Business Culture Award judges commented on this achievement stating “This is a great example of how a purpose can bring business strategy to life. This initiative was really comprehensive covering internal and external people and unifying them with the outcome. The measurement approach was also really comprehensive, tracking the outcome on employee engagement and also on customers”.
