Giving our employees the best knowledge, resources and skills to execute and excel at their job is how we as a company maintain our competitive edge. That is why we’re developing a learning organization mindset.
With that, investing in our people and ensuring they're set up for success are the underlying pillars of our learning and development strategy. Through internal webinars, accredited skills courses and information guides we empower our employees to do more, and be more.
We have revamped our training programs to better keep employees updated on featured webinar sessions covering various topics from systems, soft skills, and personal development. Our ‘course of the month initiative’, promoting various courses to encourage more of our people to enroll. In 2021, employees at Crown completed over 9,900 courses.
We also offer a 360 degree feedback program to help hone our people’s professional skills, as well as mentoring opportunities to nurture leadership skills, learn more about our culture and to network with peers and leaders, enabling them to enhance their skills and develop their career.

The team encompasses 83 nationalities and speaks 57 languages and 43 per cent of management positions are occupied by women.

In our annual employee engagement survey, 85 per cent of our people said that Crown employs people from diverse backgrounds, giving equal opportunities to all, while 88 per cent of people say they can be themselves at work.
