At Crown, sustainability is becoming part of how we work every day.

Over the past year, I have seen that aiming higher creates a steeper learning curve. Progress against stretch targets and external frameworks is not always linear. Some areas move more quickly, while others take longer. But as our understanding grows, so do our expectations of ourselves. We are learning that real improvement depends on action in every country and every function. Beyond helping us hit our goals, this broader participation generates more innovative solutions and a source of pride for many more employees.
In 2025, we also launched our first five‑year strategy. One of its core enablers is sustainability which is reflected in our investment priorities and measured as a headline KPI. We do this because it matters to the world and to Crown. It energizes our people, supports business growth, creates operating efficiencies, and helps strengthen our valuable property portfolio. Beyond strategy, sustainability is becoming a core business discipline: integrated into decisions, guided by data, and delivered by our global teams.
These results are a strong start. Achieving our 2030 strategy and 2035 targets however, will require sustained focus, collaboration, and continued transformation. I am inspired by the progress we have made and by growing commitment I see across Crown to keep pressing forward.
