Crown Celebrates Gold Membership of The 5% Club

Crown Worldwide Group has achieved Gold accredited membership as part of The 5% Club’s 2025–26 Employer Audit Scheme.

This prestigious recognition celebrates Crown’s ongoing dedication to nurturing talent through ‘earn and learn’ opportunities, including apprenticeships, graduate programs, and sponsored student placements, which empower people to grow, learn, and thrive.

Founded in 2013, The 5% Club works with UK employers and key influencers to inspire positive action for increased and accessible workplace learning. With a focus on apprentices, sponsored students, and graduates, its mission is to boost youth employment, enhance career prospects, and help the UK build a future-ready, skilled workforce.

 

Members of The 5% Club commit to:

  • Supporting the UK’s growth agenda and recognizing the importance of developing people as a business and social priority.
  • Playing their part in tackling youth unemployment and closing skills gaps.
  • Pledging to have at least 5% of their UK workforce in formalized “earn and learn” schemes within five years.
  • Measuring and reporting progress annually in their CSR or equivalent reports.
  • Encouraging other employers to join the movement

Crown joins more than 1,200 forward-thinking employers who are championing inclusive, accessible, and impactful workplace learning. Collectively, members support over 2 million employees, with more than 121,000 engaged in ‘earn and learn’ programs.
