To support the evolution of Crown’s approach to working with service partners, a new team – based in Manila, Philippines – has been created. Our new colleagues – Miriam, Lee Ann and Samantha - joined Crown between July and August. They are beginning to work on initial projects while getting a thorough understanding of our industry.

“The new team come with considerable experience in supply chain management activities and we are excited by the new ideas and approach they will bring to ensure that the Crown Service Partner network gets great support to become best in class”, commented Stuart Lawson, Global Alliance Manager.

Miriam Dua

Miriam is the team lead and comes with extensive knowledge in procurement and inventory management. With a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and Law from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, joining Crown after working for ‘Shell’ and ‘Johnson & Johnson’. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as playing her favorite sports - Badminton and Volleyball. Miriam loves to travel and shop; activities that truly authenticate her outgoing personality.

Samantha Ragasa

Sam joins Crown from DB Schenker Global Business Services and has also worked in other local and multinational companies. A licensed Customs Broker, Sam comes with extensive knowledge of freight forwarding, customer service and pricing.

Samantha holds a degree in Customs Administration from the Adamson University. In her spare time, she enjoys watching television series, reading novels and online shopping, All of which can be done in the comfort of her own home!

Lee Ann Samson

Lee Ann joined us with substantial experience in purchasing a wide variety of products and services in her career. A real ‘team player’, already demonstrating her ‘sharing’, planning, negotiation and sourcing skills, she spent a few years working in Dubai, developing an understanding of the ‘expatriate experience’.

Holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy from Adamson University, Lee Ann has two young children who keep her very busy. In her spare time, she plays the guitar and she loves going to flea markets and the mall with her family.
