Crown Records Management opens new facility

To accommodate rapid growth, and leverage the demand for records management in Jakarta, we’ve opened a new facility in Kawasan Industri Modern Cikande. Crown Records Management has opened a new facility in Kawasan Industri Modern Cikande.

The new facility is the second warehouse in Jakarta for Crown, operating in Bali, Balikpapan, Medan and Surabaya. This development enables us to better service our Jakarta customers through increased storage space and archive solutions. The 1,500 square meter facility currently accommodates 325,000 Standard Carton Equivalent (SCE), and will grow to approximately 1,400,000 SCE on completion of the four-phase build.

Just 68 kilometers from Jakarta CBD, the brand new warehouse is easily accessible via the Jakarta-Merak toll road within close proximity to Ciujung entrance toll.

“This new facility construction was driven by the demand for records storage and standards that many of our customers have come to expect,” says Martin Cole, President Director, Crown Indonesia. He continued “With 44 years of experience in Indonesia, we’re now looking to future opportunities for growth, and will continue to invest in infrastructure to maximize our service capability for clients”.
