Every year we release our annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report. This is a key part of our commitment to the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), the largest sustainability initiative in the world.

Following its 10 principles ensures our responsibilities towards human rights, labor, the environment and anti-corruption is crucial to how we do business and how we engage with our employees.

We’re delighted to announce our 2020 report is out now.

Highlights from the report:


  • Covid-19 hero stories, including the experience of providing Records Management services for hospitals in the US and India in the peak of the global pandemic.
  • External recognition for our sustainability efforts, with a bronze medal from EcoVadis, a global sustainability ratings provider, and a gold ranking in one of our key World Mobility clients’ Citizenship program.
  • Workspace’s Giving Back Project continued to support local charities, schools, and social enterprises with 25,000 items donated since 2011.
  • Developments in our D&I program, including outcomes of our D&I focus groups in 2020 and what our three key focus areas are for 2021.
 
The report also features a message from our CEO, Ken Madrid and uncovers more of our 2020 achievements and 2021 commitments, as we continue to support our employees, local communities, and our environment.
