Quality Standards Rise Across the World 1st Quarter 2013

The winners of Crown's quarter one quality awards have been announced. In total, Crown Records Management has over 130 branches in nearly 60 countries. We set high standards for ourselves to continually provide consistent, high quality services throughout our network.

To measure our results, the Crown QUEST quality standard is used around the world. Crown's quality program is the best in the industry as it allows us to accurately assess our performance and identify areas that may need attention. Every branch aims for 100% customer satisfaction, so using QUEST is a major strength, and differentiates us from our competitors.

Each quarter we measure our branches against a number of different quality criteria. We are pleased to announce the top performers of the Total QUEST Quality Score (TQQS) for the first quarter of 2013, are as follows:
