Crown publishes U.K. gender pay gap figures
Crown Worldwide Group has published its gender pay gap figures for the U.K. in 2017. This is part of U.K. Government regulation that aims to promote pay equality in the workplace.
This report calculates the mean and median pay of male and female employees and the gap that exists between genders. It also shows the percentage of males and females in each quartile of the company’s pay structure and the proportion of males and females that received bonus payments.
Eileen Girling, Regional HR Director, Crown Worldwide Group, said: “At Crown we are confident that men and women are paid equally for doing equivalent roles, and we continue to make steps to ensure any gaps are addressed by implementing strategies and policies to ensure an inclusive and fair working environment.”
