Announcing the winners of Crown's Birthday Gift

Five children’s charities selected to receive a US$ 10,000 donation

In 2015 Crown marked its 50th birthday by holding a charity event called the Golden Relay. Offices around the world took turns to raise money for charitable causes, generating over US$ 100,000. As a thank you, the Crown Foundation recently donated a further US$ 50,000 – US$ 10,000 for each decade of Crown’s life.

Fundación San José in Chile received a US$ 10,000 donation from Crown Worldwide Group.

Crown employees were asked to nominate charities to share in this who support underserved children and young adults and who meet one of Crown’s core values. Crown’s core values are: Determined, Caring, There, Open Minded and Sharing.

Over 25 nominations were received from Crown offices around the world and, after much deliberation, the judges decided on five winners whom they felt best characterized Crown’s values.
