Situation in Ukraine

We constantly evaluate if any additional measures are required and have placed our business continuity teams on standby.
At Crown Worldwide Group, we are deeply concerned about the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The heart-breaking pictures we are all seeing are shocking and Crown is committed to assisting the people of Ukraine. We are actively supporting efforts to provide humanitarian relief to the resulting refugee crisis.

Many of our staff are engaged personally in these efforts, particularly in Poland, which we encourage and support. We are immensely proud of the efforts Crown employees are making to aid where possible.

Crown has a small operating presence in Moscow supporting the needs of our multinational clients, their assignees, and other individuals and families wanting to relocate from Russia. We are monitoring the fast-changing situation on the ground in Russia and will adapt our operational presence accordingly.

We continue to support our employees in Russia and have pledged to donate our operating profits from Russia during this period to humanitarian agencies supporting Ukrainian refugees.
Crown is staying abreast of all sanctions being implemented by EU, UK, USA, Canada and many other governments. We are adjusting our existing sanction policies and framework to ensure we are aligned and supporting all announced sanctions as they continue to evolve. Crown maintains customer screening tools which allow us to conduct background checks and take the necessary steps to comply with announced sanctions.

In view of the elevated levels of cyber risk at this time Crown is working closely with our Security Operations Center to monitor our infrastructure continually for unusual behavior and review our intrusion prevention and other technical controls. We constantly evaluate if any additional measures are required and have placed our business continuity teams on standby.

Crown will continue to pledge and provide support to the displaced population of Ukraine and participate in the efforts to stop the invasion of Ukraine.
