	Theresa Kneebone Director Intercultural Services tkneebone@crownrelo.com	Theresa Kneebone is the Director of Intercultural Services for Crown Relocations where she oversees the intercultural learning and development services that Crown provides its clients throughout the world. She has 11 years of experience in the intercultural field. Before coming to Crown, Ms. Kneebone served as the Director of Global Operations for Eaton Consulting Group, a cultural training and global organizational development firm. She started her intercultural career at Bennett Associates, now known as Cendant Intercultural, where, after her role as Manager of Training Operations, she was sent to London to open their European headquarters. Ms. Kneebone graduated from Indiana University with honors in East Asian Studies and has lived and worked in Taiwan and China as well as the U.K.
