Stuart Lawson has garnered more than 25 years in the relocation industry. He developed a passion for service excellence early on in his career, which ultimately led him to the role of Head of Customer Services, where he took responsibility for, among other things, ISO accreditation. Understanding that high performance relies on people as well as process, Stuart took the opportunity to lead training activities by becoming Group Employee Development Manager. This role enabled him to develop and implement training programmes designed to support 2,500 staff deliver great customer service.

Stuart brought this experience to Crown when he took up the role of Quality & Training Manager, U.K. & Ireland. After developing a number of business improvement activities within the HR function, Stuart moved on to broaden his geographical responsibility to Europe. In his current role, he supports the activities of 13 country managers in developing and maintaining customer service performance within Crown’s QUEST Quality Programme. He also works with the Group Vice President, Quality & Risk Management on risk, compliance and insurance related activities.
