Steve Slade joined Crown in 1993 as an Administration Coordinator. Previous to Crown, Steve worked in Real Estate for 14 years giving him a portfolio of experience in the moving arena as well as in the technical and legal environment.

Since then he’s held several key positions within Crown, including: Corporate Services Manager, Customer Services Manager, Administration Manager, Claims Manager London Branch, Quality Manager U.K. & Ireland, Claims Manager U.K. & Ireland and Claims Manager Europe.

His accreditations and experience includes:

  • ISO Accreditation for Household Goods
  • ISO Accreditation for Records Management
  • Managing Crown’s European Claims Centre and involvement in insurance settlement subjects, including terms and conditions of the products
  • Approved ISO auditor and qualified as a Health and Safety subjects
  • The MATS (Management and Tracking System) Systems and Procedures specialist for U.K. & Ireland
  • Representing EMEA at the MATS Next Generation meeting in the U.S.

Steve also holds membership associations with ISO Internal Auditor, grade QMS 2000 and First Aid.
