	Rick Olson Regional Operations Manager Crown Americas rolson@crownrelo.com	Rick Olson has researched and authored the Quality Manual used for the Crown Americas (Canada and the United States), which meets the international ISO Quality Management Systems Requirements. He conducts yearly internal ISO quality audits at all Crown offices within the United States and Canada. Mr. Olson also attends some of the external audits conducted by Crown’s auditing firm, SGS. These audits ensure that all Crown offices under his scope adhere to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standards and maintain the high standards of quality and customer service required by the program. Mr. Olson also supports the Western Region branch by assisting in rating analysis, vendor selection and review, shipment planning, job costing and RFP/RFQ assistance with Crown’s Group Pricing Services in Chicago. He works closely with the branch managers at Los Angeles and San Francisco to meet their requirements for pricing and margins on work quoted. His education includes: BA from Cal State University Fullerton Certifications from: FIDI School, Belgium, Received Diploma (in top three of graduate students), December 1993 Dale Carnegie & Associates Training - Certificate - September 1997 ISO 9000:2000 Registered Internal Quality Auditor July 2001 Mr. Olson has been a Crown employee since June 2002.
