	ES Chandramouli Regional Director East Asia mouli@crownrelo.com	ES Chandramouli, affectionately known as Mouli throughout the Crown network, is a Science Graduate from Madras University and a Chartered Accountant of India. He started his career working with large Indian corporations such as Indian Oil Corporation and Larsen & Toubro. He eventually relocated to Hong Kong, where he was first introduced to Crown. In this role for five years, he worked in various roles ranging from Financial Analyst to Regional Troubleshooter to Financial Controller for the Group. In 1998, Mouli, for family reasons, had a desire to return to India, and Crown had ambitions to establish a strong presence in the emerging Indian marketplace. At that point, Mouli returned home and took on the position of Country Manager for Crown Worldwide, India. In this role as Country Manager, Mouli successfully opened operations in 10 cities throughout India, establishing Crown as the first fully-owned international relocation and records Management Company in the country. He earned several awards including Outstanding Achievement Award (Shanghai) in 2001, Strategic Partnership Excellence Award from Standard Chartered Bank in 2002, Outstanding Branch Award (Bangalore) in 2004 and Most Improved Claims Performance in 2005. In 2006, Mouli was presented with the prestigious "Chairman's Award" to acknowledge his 12 years of dedication to Crown and his proven commitment to growing the business. A Crown University Graduate of 1997, Mouli was exposed to several learning and development programs conducted / supported by the Crown Group such as the Annual Global Managers Meetings each year since 1997, the Records management seminars in 1998 and 2006, the Dynamic Management Skills Training in 2004 and the International Group Relationship Conference (HR) in 2005. Mouli was recently promoted to the role of Regional Director for South Asia. He has plans to expand Crown's presence in Southern Asia, oversee the construction of new facilities in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore and will continue to serve customers locally using the best practices and systems of Crown's international network. Mouli will secure a Crown presence in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka and develop business opportunities in Nepal, Pakistan and Bhutan. A direct self starter, Mouli takes a creative idea and makes it serve a practical purpose. Being versatile and positive, he gains confidence and respect from others as a result of his poised manner. He is fairly sensitive person and likes to do things in a logical and practical manner. A happily married man and a father of 2 children, he enjoys work and play equally.
