Maureen worked for three other well-known relocation companies. A highlight in her career includes the implementation of a household goods and vendor management program that saved her clients approximately $200,000. Maureen has a full range of mobility services experience including policy consulting and development, contract administration, new client implementation, client service delivery, expense processing, cost tracking, gross up administration, marketing and destination services management, vendor management, international services and managing household goods Maureen joined Crown in 2004 and is currently holds the title of Director, Global Mobility for the U.S.. She uses her wealth of experience to support and direct the U.S. National Sales Group in the areas of coaching, training and technical expertise. Maureen continues to serve clients by facilitating new account implementations and is actively involved in business development. Maureen graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA with a B. Mus. degree and has taken courses including The Principles of Real Estate 101, 102 and the Real Estate Financing course offered by the Real estate Institute. She has also completed the Basic Principles of Management course offered by the American Management Association.
