Having joined Crown in 1991, Gary is a veteran in the relocation and transportation industry, with experience in all aspects of general freight and household goods transportation activities. During his tenure with Crown, Gary has performed roles ranging from freight specialist to branch management to quality management. He served as the General Manager of Crown Relocations in San Francisco for over five years during which time the branch went through immense growth.

His next position with Crown was the role of Group Quality Manager where he took on the role of raising the quality standards within the organization. In conjunction with the position of Group Quality Manager, Gary served as Vice President for the Eastern Region in the Americas. This position oversees Crown's New York, Washington D.C., Atlanta, and Miami offices in which he was responsible for the financial and service performance of these branches.

In his current role as the Vice President for Quality and Risk Management, Gary leads the Global Quality Assurance Group and is responsible for the development and maintenance of Crown Worldwide's QUEST Quality Management Program. His responsibilities include insurance risk and claims, customer feedback systems, accuracy of invoicing, staff and service partner recognition programs, ISO compliance and all aspects of Crown's quality program.

Gary received (CRP) Certified Relocation Professional and (GMS) Global Mobility Specialist certifications from the Employee Relocation Council (ERC).
