Donna Bergles


	Donna Bergles, CRP, GMS Manager, Global Mobility Services Canada dbergles@crownrelo.com	Donna Bergles recently joined Crown as the Global Mobility Services Manager, Canada. Her experience in the industry is extensive and includes: developing a national rental property network, creating strategic information on business planning and competitive analysis, building corporate communications and benefits strategy and providing consulting services regarding RFP/RFI responses. Ms. Bergles has also initiated and executed process mapping and process design for the development of service delivery model for International service delivery leadership and teams; initiated and executed the development of an International Policy guideline for Canadian corporate employers and designed and delivered training modules on customer service, process, and leadership. With Crown, Ms. Bergles will be responsible for all aspects of the GMS business in Canada including product development, training, service delivery and business development and sales. She is an active member of both ERC and CERC. Her qualifications include: CERC CRP, and ERC CRP, licensed Realtor and Real Estate Broker.
