Carmella Elletson

Carmella Elletson is an industry veteran who has twenty years of experience in the relocations industry. During her career, she has gained substantial experience in client relations, human resource management and consulting services, and has been responsible for the management of a number of major client accounts.

Carmella joined Crown in 2001, initially working in the areas of consulting services and account management. In 2004, she relocated to Basel, Switzerland to oversee the implementation of Crown’s largest global mobility services client. In that role, she opened Crown’s Strategic Service Center in Basel, and managed the recruitment and training of the on-site team. In partnership with clients, she coordinated the entire implementation including policy, procedures and quality improvement measures. She was also involved in creating new service packages, which required negotiating pricing and creating quality service benchmarks with local vendors.

Carmella’s successful management of the implementation, combined with her 17 years of experience in U.S. domestic relocations, earned her a promotion in 2006, to GMS Regional Director for the Americas region. In this role, Carmella is currently based in Crown’s Strategic Service Center in Westport, CT. She is responsible for Crown’s Global Mobility Services operations throughout North & South America.

Carmella graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University with a dual major in Business Management and Psychology. She has first hand relocation experience, both domestically and internationally, having moved personally five times. Carmella’s strengths lie in her proven leadership and relationship management skills.
