In his current role as Group Vice President for Quality and Risk Management, Gary is responsible for the development and maintenance of Crown Worldwide’s QUEST Quality Management and Enterprise Risk Management programs. His responsibilities include all aspects of both Crown's quality and risk management systems including oversight of business continuity and disaster recovery planning, financial and facility audits, risk transfer programs, customer feedback systems, quality-related KPI measurement and reporting, quality improvement systems, service partner management systems, staff and service partner recognition programs, and ISO systems and compliance.

Since joining Crown in 1991, Gary has held a variety of positions, ranging from freight specialist to branch and regional management. He served as general manager of Crown San Francisco, for more than five years, during which the branch experienced immense growth. He also served at vice president for the Eastern Region in the Americas, overseeing Crown’s Miami, New York, and Washington, D.C., offices. He was responsible for the financial and service performance of these branches.

Gary currently serves as the chairman of Crown's Senior Management Group.

Gary currently holds both the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations through the Employee Relocation Council (ERC). In addition, he is a Certified Risk Manager, officially certified by Certified Risk Managers International—an organization that operates in association with the National Alliance for Insurance, Education and Research.
